The caption is wrong, I'm guessing by the atire worn by the fan in the left corner they are playing Air Force, not Army, which would explain why latter in the caption the lost to the Fighting Falcons.

The one in the letter "Y" and the one on the extreme left look to be females from the style of their hats and hair.

Must be from that "Y" chromosome!

The woman on the left is laughing because she stuck the tape to their backs.

Even an ugly woman on a boat has lots of boyfriends.
