The bearded transsexual, who stunned the world by showing off his swollen belly after swapping from a woman to a fella, happily trimmed his lawn – despite his delicate condition.

And he had no qualms sweeping grass at the home he shares with wife Nancy in Bend, Oregon.

Thomas, 34, is due to give birth to a girl by caesarean on July 3.

He grew up female in Hawaii, but became a man in his 20s.
