kirotv.com KENORA, Ontario -- That was one grumpy old man. An Ontario Provincial Police officer got more than he bargained for when he pulled over an 85-year-old driver on the weekend. Police say they were on the lookout for a vehicle with expired plates when they spotted it east of Kenora, in northwestern Ontario. When the elderly driver learned he was getting a ticket, he began kicking the police cruiser. And when he was told his vehicle would have to be towed, he punched the officer in the chest and pushed him. The man also kicked the officer while he was being arrested and placed in the back of the cruiser. He was later "released unconditionally" to relatives but faces a charge of driving without valid plates
