No helmet so I wonder why he's bothering with suspenders? Prayers for him: it's either a metabolic disorder; that or it's not what he is eating, it's what's eating at him inside. Morbid obesity shortens life significantly, as "doc1" will tell you. I get sad when I see people like him and say a silent prayer that they get help and health... then you see guys like him in the recliners at Costco, with a ten pound bag of M&M's they have yet to pay for, while the wife and kids walk the store with the cart. To a large extent, we humans create our own misery and we are responsible for our own health, or health probs.
