UPI JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FLORIDA Police in Florida said a homeless man smuggled a ferret out of a pet store in his pants and shoved the animal in the face of a teenager who tried to stop him. The Jacksonville Beach Police Department said Rodney Bolton, 38, shoved the ferret into his pants Tuesday at the Pet Supermarket and a 17-year-old witness alerted store employees and followed the man to a nearby parking lot, the (Jacksonville) Florida Times-Union reported Thursday. The teenager confronted Bolton and he responded by shoving the ferret into the young man's face, causing the animal to bite the teen on the ear, police said.
