THEBOSTONCHANNEL.com WATCHVIDEO Krystal Kenville thought she was auditioning for a Hollywood movie starring Ben Stiller, but instead, the aspiring actress said, she was scammed by a phony movie producer who tried to get her to perform sex acts. Kenville is one of nine actresses who have contacted Boston police to report an encounter with the fake producer. Police said the man contacts the women through their online listings and meets them in the Faneuil Hall area where the so-called tryouts begin. "He is a complete fraud and not in the business," said Boston police Lt. Charles Wilson. "The (phony) movie is a comedy, but the script is sexual and he has them act out the script with him." Kenville, who lives Maine, has been helping police in their investigation. “I kissed his neck and whispered and rubbed his arm and he said, ‘Do it like you really want the job,’ and I had to stop,” said Kenville. “And he said, ‘Do it like you really want this job!’ And so finally I said, ‘No, I’m not doing this.’” Police said the man is operating under the name My 3 Sons Productions. Police have not identified the man, but he told the Boston Globe that he was working on a legitimate movie script, and that the women who complained are simply looking to create “a train wreck’’ of his life. “There were a couple of people who tried to cause trouble with me, but there was nothing sexual," he told the newspaper. He said that investigators have spoken to him, but said he was simply told to leave the women alone. "He's a confidence person, he's a con man," said Wilson, who is looking for more women who may have been his victims. "I want him caught like nobody's business. You have no idea the things that he has done to people," Kenville said. Detectives say their investigation is on-going and they asked anyone with any information about the scam to contact Boston police.
