Police Say TX Woman Robs Dead Man - And His Porn |

Dateline: Austin, TX Daily News He stiffed her on the porn, so she robbed the stiff. A 22-year-old Texas woman was busted for robbing a dead man - all over a $20 debt for unpaid porno movies, according to the Austin American-Statesman. Cops say Linda Dynell Rushing swiped cash and the smut from Samuel Stewart, whose body was found July 27 in his East Austin apartment. According to an affidavit filed on Thursday, Rushing found Stewart unconscious on the porch of his apartment building. Stewart's body was discovered inside the apartment the next day by a neighbor. A medical examiner determined he died of natural causes. Police found Stewart's wallet on the closet floor, but it wasn't determined how much cash - or porn - was taken. If convicted, Rushing faces as much as two years in state prison.
