| Intoximeters Inc., the oldest company in
Breath Alcohol Testing, pioneered the industry in the 1930's and 1940's.
Intoximeters was formally organized in 1945 and has been at the
forefront of product design and development ever since. |

| Intoximeters produces instruments that
have utilized a variety of technologies; wet chemistry, photo
spectrometry, gas chromatography, infrared analysis, semi-conductor
analysis and electrochemical analysis. This vast experience allows
Intoximeters to offer expertise that other breath alcohol detection
manufacturers simply do not have. |

| Most recently, Intoximeters introduced a
new line of handheld breath alcohol sensors. The
Alco-Sensor FST
is the first instrument in this product line. The Alco-Sensor FST
demonstrates an evolution in design for handheld instruments. By
integrating highly accurate and reliable analysis methodology, with a
form factor that addresses the challenges the operator faces while
collecting the sample, Intoximeters has successfully developed an
instrument that is more comfortable and safe for the operator to use. |
